RATES

The Inn at Village Square has one daily rate which includes all of our services. (All studios are “cable and telephone ready” and are charged directly by the respective utility.)

A resident never has to worry about whether a service is covered or if they are requesting assistance that may “bump” them up to a higher priced level of care. When a resident needs assistance, we never want them to hesitate to ask for it.

Our current daily rate for a single occupancy studio is $151.00. (There is a discount available for couples sharing a double occupancy studio.) All daily rates are subject to a 5% State Service Provider Tax.

The Inn at Village Square serves residents of all financial abilities and welcomes those paying privately or receiving MaineCare. Many of our residents are able to pay privately at the time of admission but if they deplete their funds and convert to MaineCare they are able to stay in the same private accommodation.

STUDIO DESIGN

At the Inn at Village Square, we believe that all residents should have the opportunity to enjoy their privacy. With this in mind, we designed our accommodations as “private studios”, with two studios set up to accommodate couples.

All of our studio’s come either furnished or unfurnished and include:

• Private bath with walk-in shower
• “Tea kitchen” with mini refrigerator-freezer, microwave, sink and cupboards
• Resident Call System
• Closet
• Wall–to-wall carpeting
• Individual heat controls
