Full-time, 30+ hours per week, qualifies the employee for the following benefits. (Benefits for part-time employees may be available on a pro-rated basis):

  • Health & Dental Insurance: We pay 100% of the employee's insurance and approximately 50% for dependents.
  • Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance: We pay 100%
  • Life Insurance: We pay 100%
  • Retirement: 401(k) Plan. We match from 3% to 6% based on number of years's service. The match is 100% vested at the time of enrollment into the plan.
  • Paid Holidays: Seven paid holidays.
  • Earned Time: Ranges from 18 to 26 days per year (based on 40 hour work week).
